Drowning Pool are among the primal forces of early 2000s nu-metal. With their debut album "Sinner" and the still-iconic hit "Bodies," they burst onto the scene in 2001 like a wrecking ball. The sudden death of charismatic singer Dave Williams just a year later shook the band to their core, but they decided to carry on.
