Shoah è un documentario di nove ore sull'Olocausto che raccoglie le testimonianze di molti superstiti ed ex-nazisti. Il regista Claude Lanzmann non ha usato nessun materiale di repertorio per descrivere i luoghi del genocidio, ma dei filmati dei campi di sterminio girati nel 1985.
