Regan vuole essere la prima in tutto e quando scopre che Becky, la sua grassa amica del liceo, sta per sposare un ricco newyorchese perde il controllo. Scelta come damigella d’onore, la ragazza decide di svolgere al meglio tutti i suoi doveri con l’aiuto delle due amiche Katie e Gene, ma durante l’organizzazione dell’addio al nubilato qualcosa va storto e la festa si trasforma in una notte selvaggia che rischia di rovinare le nozze.
